If you have blocked some customers from receiving review request emails from your business, you can unblock them to start receiving the requests once again.
To unblock a blocked user, follow the steps below;
2. Select After Purchase Mail.
3. On the After Purchase Mail page, scroll down to the Advanced Settings and click on the Block Reviewer.
4. Once you click on Block Reviewer, you’ll see all the customers you have blocked. Look for the one you want to unblock and click on the Remove button.
5. When you click on the Unblock button, a confirm modal will show. Click Whitelist to continue.
6. Done! The user can now start receiving review requests.
