How to restore your APM template to default

When you feel the need to restore your After Purchase Mail template to the default email template, kindly follow the steps in this guide to reset it.

  1. Login to the dashboard and click on Collect Reviews

2. Navigate to the APM template customization page

3. Whilst on the template customization page, look for Reset to default just above the Email Message field and click on it.

4. Your template should now be restored to the default template. Save settings to apply your changes.
