If you did not complete the onboarding steps after installing our app, you’re likely still using the default business name and email we generated for you. If this is not changed, review request emails we send on your behalf will use this default business name.
Follow the steps below to change your business name and email;
- Enter your Kudobuzz dashboard and click on the profile icon at the top right side of your dashboard.
2. From the drop-down menu, click on Settings.
3. Once on the Settings page, update the Company name field and other fields. The name you provide will be used in our review request emails
4. Click on Profile and update your name.
5. Save settings to apply changes.
6. Now, click on Email Preference tab and provide your preferred email address. We send email notifications about your account to the email provided.
Remember to save settings.
