Have you ever had customers who due to one reason or the other left a negative or low-rating review, but after communicating with them would want to update their review? This new Update Review feature provides the perfect chance to do that.

Here are the steps to follow to send out an email to a customer to update their review.

  1. On your dashboard, go to Moderation

2. Click on the review you want to get an update for.

3. Click the more button and select 'request an update'

4. Fill in the required fields, making sure to leave the custom variables as they are

5. Click Send to send your email
