You can add your business' logo to the review request emails we send on your behalf. Follow the steps below to learn how to do this:
1- Login to your Kudobuzz dashboard and go to the After Purchase Mail template section.
2- In the Email Message section, put your cursor where you want to add the logo and click on the image icon.
3- A modal will appear to upload your logo and add it.
4- Once the image is uploaded, click on the image and choose the Edit option.
5- In the modal that shows, click on the dropdown for Position and select center to center the logo.
You may also provide a link where the customer should be sent to should they click on the logo.
6- Click the Save button on the modal and also save your changes to the email message. Your logo should be added and centered.
