We have the Question and Answer feature to help customers make enquiries about your products before making a purchase. If you have received a question from a customer and looking for how to respond to it, please follow the steps below.

  1. On your dashboard, go to Moderation menu

  2. Click on Questions and Answers.

2. On your Questions & Answer page, you’ll see the questions that have come through. The newer questions will be labeled as new.

3. Click on a question and on the details side, leave your response. The visitor with the inquiry will receive an email notification for your answer.

4. To publish a question, click the publish tab. Note: A published question will show all the answers under it.
