More often than not, you just need to have the email address that your customers see when you send out emails to request reviews. Please see the steps to do that;
Go to your 'settings' page from your dashboard.
2. From your settings page, click on the 'email preference' tab. Then type in your preferred email. You can turn on the 'notification tab' so that you receive email notifications when you receive a review, comment or question.
3. click 'save settings' to save your work.
