If you're struggling to turn off the questions and answers (Q&A) feature showing on your onsite and product widgets even after going to the individual widget settings to turn it off, it's likely the caching is delaying the effect of your changes.

Turning off the Q&A on the Onsite Widget

Visit the Onsite Widget settings area and click on Save Settings button. You don't need to make any changes, just click on the Save button and this will clear the cache and turn off the Q&A immediately.

Visit the Product Widget settings area and click on Save Settings button. You don't need to make any changes, just click on the Save button and this will clear the cache and turn off the Q&A immediately.
