The After Purchase Mail (APM) feature helps you to solicit reviews from your customers by automatically sending out emails to your customers after they have made purchases from your store.
However, if you have set it up, you can also turn it off.
To turn off your After Purchase Mail, follow the steps below:
- On your dashboard, click on Curate Reviews from the left menu panel.
2. From the drop-down menu, click on After Purchase Mail.
3. Once you enter the After Purchase Mail page, click to turn off the APM status tab from the right side of the dashboard.
4. Scroll up and save settings to apply the changes and have your After Purchase Mail turned off.
