Some email clients such as MS Outlook and Apple Mail do not allow your customers to submit reviews within their email. The workaround is to make some changes to your After Purchase Mail and Bulk Reviews settings to resolve this.

1. From your After Purchase Mail settings page locate ###{{review_form}}

2. Replace it with ###{{star_rating}} . In the email, your customer will only need to click on the stars that show up. The review form will then open in a browser.

3. Save your settings.

NB. If you have used the ###{{view_in_browser_link}} as a workaround in the past, kindly update it as well.
